Mississippi County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. Mississippi County is part of the First Congressional District in Arkansas. The Mississippi County Judge is the honorable Randy Carney. The Blytheville, AR Micropolitan Statistical Area includes all of Mississippi County. Jefferson W. Speck, a Mississippi County planter, was the Republican gubernatorial nominee in 1950 and 1952. ==Geography== According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of , of which is land and (2.1%) is water.
